Mark Anthony Fraser, M.A., is the author of reDefining Expectations: Faith Over Fear. He is a minister in addition to a well-established professional, entrepreneur, organizational leader, motivational speaker, education advocate, and public figure. 

 

He completed his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with graduation honors [Cum Laude] from Gwynedd-Mercy University and his Master of Arts in Executive Leadership from Liberty University. Mark also has significant continued education in doctoral studies within the Doctor of Education (Ed.D) in Educational Leadership program at Liberty University and the Doctor of Health Sciences (D.HSc) program with a concentration in Leadership and Organizational Behavior at A.T. Still University. Additionally, M. Anthony has completed graduate-level coursework in Training Design and Delivery at Temple University along with a fellowship at Teachers College | Columbia University as a Cowin Fellow. 

 

The expertise of Mr. Fraser spans over two decades of ministerial work along with more than 10 years of community leadership experience working directly with various populations in mentorship, developing programs, facilitating educational initiatives, and overseeing various outreach efforts. Through the years Mr. Fraser has used his platforms to bridge the gap in faith between the abstract and tangible to bring spiritual concepts into straightforward actionable considerations with multi-level understanding applicable to everyday real life.
